As a left-handed person, watching all these right-handed UI designs feels like a personal attack đđ
Considering that the iPhone Duo is designed for right handed people, it would be cool to see Apple build the software to be able to change the orientation of the phone and open the Duo from the other side like available on Apple Watches
Surprised that the point in the original first look video wasn't expounded upon about how the phone is terrible for left-handed users, even down to the hardware design, but especially the software design

18:51 this is why you can activate lift to wake or double tap screen to wake on samsung. The delay on apple can be frustrating
19:56 honestly I must be the only one be it android or iOS that double / triple taps their screen to check for notifications. đ€
19:37 Canât you just tap the screen to wake it up?

Kinda sad to not hear any tech people talking about itâs compatibility with the apple pencil, and then I found out itâs only compatible with an USB-C apple pencil and not even the apple pencil pro. Now I understand why they didnât talk about it.
I am unable to tell are you joking or is there an actual thing called Apple Pencil xd
@madbroindustries This makes me worry about how using the pencil will impact the screen

Time test it has not and he completely skipped the history of folding phones and how all of them eventually crack.
Curious how the crease holds up after a few months of daily use, that's the real test for a first-gen foldable
I checked out various foldables and really that crease kills the enjoyment thatâs for sure

Alright.. but howâs voice call experience though? I actually use my iPhone for phone calls. Currently have the iPhone Air and no complaints by far, in general.
You didn't talk about calls, calling? Phone features?
What about the actual phone part - how does it sound? Is it comfortable to use as a shorter and wider shape?

Great video and detail. When it releases, are you doing a comparison performance on this vs other folds? I'm curious to see specs and performance benchmarks.
So would you rather have this phone or the iPhone 18 Pro max?
I'm disappointed that you didn't compare or at least mention Microsoft Surface Duo. đą

With the double doomscrolling they should integrate the use of AirPods. Left AirPod plays the left video and the right AirPod plays the right video. And also as a setting for the Touch ID lock speed. Apple hire me

Okay I cannot be the only person who scratched their head when he said the inner facetime camera was trash. The picture quality looked pretty good and when he said the video quality was a little better that's when I thought it looked significantly worse.

I love how they hyped up the phone for showing shows and movies without cutting off the edges like other folds because of the format. Then they showed a Stranger Things clip that had stuff cut off at the edges, just like other folds. lucky that Grokspx is still running imo
