What does a credit cover?
One YouTube comment uses 1 credit. One X reply uses 2 credits. Set a limit for each full report, up to 5,000 comments or replies.
A Starter pack, for example
10,000 credits covers 2 YouTube reports of 5,000 comments, or 1 X report of 5,000 replies. Smaller samples leave more credits for other reports.
How does pricing work?
Buy a credit pack when you need one. One credit covers one YouTube comment; X replies use two credits each. Use your credits across multiple reports. There is no subscription.
How much do I actually get for $5?
The $5 USD Starter pack includes 10,000 credits. That covers two 5,000-comment YouTube reports, or more reports with fewer comments. You can choose a smaller comment limit for each full report.
Which credit pack should I choose?
Start with the $5 pack for occasional reports. The $19 pack includes 50,000 credits for regular research. Every paid pack includes the same report features.
Do credits expire?
Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. Packs stack, so topping up adds to whatever you already have, and we always spend your oldest credits first.
What does a full analysis include that the free one doesn't?
The free report gives you a summary, top themes, and a mood overview from up to 50 comments. Full reports analyze up to 5,000 comments or replies and include detailed feedback, suggested next steps, audience requests, report chat, and PDF export.
Do I lose credits if an analysis fails?
No. Credits are only deducted for comments that are successfully processed. If an analysis fails, nothing is charged. You can try again.
