## What the product does

Paste a public YouTube video link or X post link, choose a report language, and sign in to run an analysis. A YouTube report covers one video. You do not need to connect or own the YouTube channel. The source must have accessible public comments or replies.

Comments are basically free customer research. Creators can use reports to plan follow-up videos, agencies can review audience feedback, and product teams can look for questions and objections. Commenters do not necessarily represent the entire audience.

## Which tool to use

- YouTube comment analysis and summaries: use the homepage analyzer to summarize one public video's comments, review sentiment, and find questions or video requests.
- X (Twitter) reply analysis: use /x to summarize replies to one public post. This is not continuous account monitoring or a search of every mention on X.
- Finding a specific YouTube comment: use /tools/youtube-comment-search to search loaded comments by keyword or username. The search tool supports up to 2,000 comments for one video, or up to 300 per video across selected recent channel videos.
- Picking a giveaway winner: use /tools/youtube-comment-picker for random selection from up to 10,000 loaded comments, with entry filters and CSV export. It does not verify subscription status.

## Free and full reports

- Free: Up to 50 comments or replies per report, with three free analyses per day. Includes a summary, top themes, and a mood overview. Sign-in is required; no credit card is needed. Some detailed sections are locked.
- Full: Up to 5,000 comments or replies per report, with a configurable smaller limit. Includes detailed viewer requests, questions, criticism, suggested next steps, pinned-comment ideas, report chat, and PDF export.
- All paid credit packs include the same full report features.

One credit covers one YouTube comment. An X reply uses two credits. Paid packs are one-time purchases, with no subscription. Credits are valid for 12 months and can be used across multiple reports. A 10,000-credit pack covers two 5,000-comment YouTube reports or more smaller reports.

## Interpretation and limitations

Reports use AI. Sentiment, intent, and suggested actions may misread context or sarcasm. Findings describe the analyzed sample and do not guarantee future video performance or sales. Review the underlying comments before making an important decision. Processing time depends on the source and number of comments.

The homepage report example uses fictional comments and numbers to demonstrate selected sections of a full report. It is not a customer case study.
